Where are you located?

How many people can your venue hold?

Our maximum occupancy for seating is 60, and we can accommodate up to 127 overall guests in the room at once.

How much is it to rent your venue?


(All bookings require the client to purchase one-day event insurance)

What do you require to book?

We will need a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer of your total reservation fee to secure your date. The remaining balance of your reservation fee is due 30 days prior to the event.

How many hours do I get in the venue? If I go over my time, what happens?

There is a 5-hour minimum requirement for all bookings. $100 is added to the hourly rental rate for each hour that the renter goes over their contracted timeframe.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

At The Pearson Events Venue, we understand that plans may change, and while we do not offer refunds, we do offer the option to reschedule for another day and time of the same value if you provide 30 days notice prior to your event. In cases where circumstances beyond the control of The Pearson Events Venue or the Renter arise, such as state-mandated closures due to a pandemic or other uncontrollable factors like death or extreme circumstances, The Pearson Events Venue will refund all sums paid, except for the retainer. Please note that the decision to grant a refund will be made on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of The Pearson Events Venue.

Is my vendor allowed a grace period to set- up?

One hour prior to the event start time will be provided at no cost. Additional time needed should be included in your total rental hours. If you or your vendor requires additional time to set up that time can be purchased for $100 for each additional hour.

Can decor be hung on the ceilings and walls?

In order to maintain the integrity of our walls and floors, we kindly ask that you refrain from using nails, screws, staples, or any other penetrating items. Additionally, please be aware that glitter or non-paper foil confetti is strictly prohibited on the premises.

Can I use the bar area and fridge?

Yes, you will have full access to the mini fridge in our bar/prep area. This area also has a small sink for handwashing and a microwave. This area is primarily used for a licensed bartender or to prep/serve food. There is also an ice chest for you to bring in your own ice which can be used to cool down more drinks or contained food.

Can we cook in your venue?

No, we do not have a stove or allow any items to be cooked in our venue. All food must be already prepared/cooked prior to bringing it into the venue.

Do I need event insurance?

To ensure a safe and secure event, renters must obtain Special Event Liability Insurance no later than ten (10) days before the event. The policy should include The Pearson Events Venue as an additional insured. Insurance can be purchased from any event insurance company at a very reasonable cost. We utilize Evensured for most clients so you'll get a cheaper rate. *Liquor insurance is not required if using a licensed bartender.

How do I use the keyless entry?

A 4-digit code will be sent to you via email or text 2 hours prior to your reservation. All you need is to enter it on the door lock when you arrive. If you have any questions or are having trouble getting in, feel free to contact us immediately by calling or texting us at 203-200-0772.


Is there BYOB?

Yes, please be aware that if alcohol will be present on the premises, you must obtain a Host Liquor Liability Rider as part of your Special Event Liability Insurance policy or hire a licensed bartender/caterer.

Are there any age restrictions?

Reservations can only be made by an individual age 21+.
